Thank you for choosing Flow Tangible. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If the product does not meet your expectations or was defective, you can refer to the following policies to request a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your product.

Refund Eligibility

Our refund period lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your product.

Refunds are available for products

  • that are defective, damaged during shipment, or not as described when you receive them and must be unused, in the condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

  • that are non-defective and unused within refund period. But you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

For artificially damaged products, a refund will not be provided.

Please contact us at jager@flowtangible.com to obtain instructions to return. Please provide us with the order number and reason for the return. You will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please make sure all components are included in the package.

Deposit and Prepayments

Deposit (non-refundable): Any deposit explicitly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase will not be refunded if the order is canceled.

Advance Payment / Booking Fee: Prepayments not explicitly labeled “non-refundable” may be refunded according to our standard refund procedure.

Shipping Fee

We will send you an email to notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to examine the returned product. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important Note: The product for refund will be thoroughly inspected by Flow Tangible when received and a decision will be made whether it meet the inspection criteria. If your product for refund fails to satisfy the inspection criteria and has been shipped to Flow Tangible, your product for refund will be rejected. The inspection may take up to 7 business days from the time your product for refund is received. If the product for refund is rejected by Flow Tangible, you will be billed with the cost and fees of shipping the product for refund from Flow Tangible back to you.
