Does the array work in my region?

system compatibility
The array supports 100–250V, 50/60Hz, and each power module includes one power cable.
If your local household electricity is within this voltage range and the included cable matches your regional plug type, the array will work normally.
At launch, we offer four plug standards:
Type-B plug
Common in the US, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Philippines, etc.

Type-E/F plug (CEE 7/7 plug)
Compatible with both Type E and Type F sockets.
Common in most EU countries — France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Sweden, Denmark — and also Russia, South Korea, Indonesia, Turkey, etc.

Type-I plug
Common in Australia, New Zealand, China, Argentina, etc.

Type-G plug
Common in Australia, New Zealand, China, Argentina, etc.

about the AC module
If the array supports your local voltage and you’re using a compatible power cable, the system will work normally.
However, if you want to include an AC module in your setup, please note that we currently provide only two AC socket versions:
Type-B socket
Recommended in the US, Canada, Mexico, Japan, the Philippines, etc.
Supports Type B plugs and Type A two-pin plugs.

China GB socket
Recommended in Mainland China.
Supports GB three-pin and two-pin plugs, and is compatible with Type A two-pin plugs in many cases.

If your AC devices use a different plug type, the AC module may not be compatible.
We recommend choosing a setup without AC modules in that case.
Additional AC socket standards will be introduced in future module releases based on user demand and regional requirements.
